Role & responsibilities

- Conceptualize and design creative graphics for digital and print media.
- Create social media creatives, advertisements, branding materials, brochures, presentations, banners and marketing collateral.
- Develop visually engaging designs that align with client requirements and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing, content, video production, and client servicing teams to execute creative campaigns.
- Revise designs based on internal and client feedback while maintaining quality and project timelines.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain organized project files and editable source files in accordance with Company standards.
- Stay updated with current design trends, creative tools, and industry best practices.

Preferred candidate profile

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator,



InDesign) or equivalent design software.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layout design, and visual communication.
- Creative thinking with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Solid communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics, UI/UX design, or video editing will be an added advantage.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

- Monthly CTC: 16,000
- The Monthly CTC of 16,000 is structured in accordance with the Companys compensation policy and includes the applicable salary components as determined by the Company.
