a) Market Study & Opportunity Identification
Survey identified areas and conduct independent market studies of surrounding locations to assess prevailing flat and property rates.
Identify land/housing societies with potential for acquisition/redevelopment and evaluate project viability.
Maintain strong market intelligence on land acquisition/redevelopment trends, pricing, and competition.
b) Feasibility Analysis & Offer Structuring
Understand and apply relevant rules, regulations, and redevelopment norms.
Prepare detailed feasibility reports for land/redevelopment projects.
Draft and finalize offer letters for societies and property owners.
Prepare presentations for investors and support fund-raising activities.
c) Stakeholder & Network Management
Develop and maintain a robust network with brokers, housing societies, PMCs, and key influencers.
Coordinate closely with society members and managing committees during the acquisition process.
Act as the primary liaison between the company and external stakeholders for redevelopment projects.
d) Internal Coordination & Execution Support
Share key points of the Development Agreement with the construction team for consideration during project execution.
Work in close coordination with Legal, Architecture, Construction, Finance, and Sales teams to ensure smooth project closure.
Support internal teams with redevelopment-related clarifications and documentation.
e) Documentation & Compliance
Ensure all correspondence, documents, approvals, and records related to properties are properly arranged, indexed, and maintained.
Prepare and standardize documents, letters, and formats required for society redevelopment.
Coordinate with the Legal and Architect teams to ensure documentation and approvals are completed efficiently.
