Job Description:
We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Sales Promoters to represent Bosch Home Appliances at leading retail stores such as Croma and Reliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell Bosch Home Appliances products at the assigned Croma/Reliance showroom.
- Explain product features, benefits, offers and warranty details to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Bosch products.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain product display and ensure proper visibility at the counter.
- Generate customer enquiries and follow up to convert them into sales.
- Coordinate with showroom staff and the Bosch team for smooth billing and customer service.
- Update daily sales and required reports.
Candidate Profile:
- Retail sales / consumer durable / home appliance experience preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and sales interest can also apply.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willing to work at assigned Croma/Reliance showroom locations.
- Candidates willing to relocate to the mentioned locations are also welcome.
- Work Locations: Kolathur, Selaiyur, Perumbakkam, VR Mall, Alwarpet, Ambattur, Anna Nagar, Chrompet & Thiruvanmiyur.
Salary: 18,000 – 27,000 per month + applicable incentives.
