Job Title: Process Associate

Job Summary

We are looking for experienced and customer-focused International Voice Process Executives to join our team. Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of relevant International Voice BPO experience and possess excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls from international customers.
- Provide professional and effective customer support.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain high standards of communication and customer service.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests efficiently.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Achieve defined productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Follow company policies, process guidelines, and compliance requirements.

Required Skills

- Minimum 1 year of International Voice BPO experience is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills.




- Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, if required.

Educational Qualification

- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Candidates with relevant International Voice BPO experience will be preferred.

Eligibility

- Experience: Minimum 1 year in International Voice Process Mandatory
- Communication: Excellent English communication skills
