Products - Dental Chair, Dental X-Ray Units, Autoclaves, Air Compressors, Suction Systems, and other Dental Equipment.

- Install, commission, and maintain dental equipment at customer locations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of dental chairs, X-ray units, autoclaves, compressors, suction systems, and related equipment.
- Attend customer service calls and resolve technical complaints within defined timelines.
- Perform equipment demonstrations and provide basic technical training to customers.
- Coordinate with the sales team for installation, service, and customer support requirements.
- Maintain service reports, installation records, spare-parts records, and customer feedback.
- Identify recurring technical issues and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
- Manage spare-parts requirements and coordinate with the service/technical team.
- Ensure compliance with company service standards and safety procedures.
