Position :- Service Engineer

Job Profile: -

- Coordinate with customers and service teams for installation, servicing, maintenance, and technical support.
- Handle customer service requests, complaints, and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with service engineers, technicians, production, and other internal teams.
- Prepare and maintain service reports, quotations, job sheets, and service documentation.




- Schedule service visits and follow up on pending service requirements.
- Communicate with customers regarding service status , technical issues, and timelines.
- Maintain good customer relationships and ensure timely service support.

Desired Candidate: -

- Mechanical Diploma / Degree with 2+ Years of experience in industrial pumps, agitators, mixers, and chemical dosing/injection systems
- Technical Proficiency: Positive understanding of mechanical equipment, installation, servicing, maintenance, and technical support.
