Job Statement

.NET Technical Leads participate in the analysis, design, development, testing and deployment phases of .NET development projects and lead a team.

Job Duties

A successful candidate will perform the following activities:

- Direct, co-ordinate, exercise functional authority in planning, organizing, controlling, integration and completion of projects
- Provide guidance to the team members for resolving complex technical issues
- Manage resource assignments, develop schedules and track projects against schedules
- Interface with the customers to develop and refine technical specifications
- Feasibility study of new projects/work, estimation
- Creating working prototypes for client demo and converting that further into full fledge solutions.

Job Requirements Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Successful candidates will likely have at least 8+ years of experience in a qualified capacity and an





- Expertise in ASP.NET, C#, OOPS, OOAD concepts
- Expertise in .Net Core
- Cloud platform AWS and AZURE
- Expertise in SQL Server
- Expertise in JavaScript, JQuery, JSON
- Expertise in Angular, React JS
- Expertise in designing microservices architecture
- Well versed with CI/CD process
- Experience in LLD, HLD, design patterns, .NET frameworks
- Strong understanding of Client requirements , project planning, project review, project implementation and delivery
- Excellent customer interaction skills, project monitoring and control
- Excellent Team Management skills , should have experience in handling a team (5-10 people)

Years Of Experience 8+ years

Qualifications - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
