About the Role

We are looking for a CA Semi-Qualified skilled with 68 years of experience to manage financial reporting, accounting reviews, regulatory compliance, and audit coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in financial statement preparation, accounting standards, ERP systems, and regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Accounting

- Preparation and review of Financial Statements as per IGAAP and IND-AS.
- Conduct periodic review of Books of Accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare technical memos on accounting matters and policy interpretations.

Accounts Payable Review

- Review and monitor Accounts Payable processes in coordination with the AP Manager.
- Ensure proper documentation, approvals, and compliance with internal financial controls.

ERP Management

- Manage and monitor ERP systems for accounting and financial reporting.
- Ensure data accuracy, financial controls, and reporting integrity within ERP.

Regulatory Compliance





- Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations applicable to AIFs (Alternative Investment Funds).
- Support and monitor compliance related to RBI NBFC regulations and FEMA guidelines.

Audit Management

- Coordinate and manage Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, and ICOFR audits.
- Liaise with auditors and ensure timely closure of audit queries and observations.

What We Are Looking For

- CA Semi-Qualified (CA Inter) with 68 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or compliance.
- Strong knowledge of IGAAP, IND-AS, and financial statement preparation.
- Experience in regulatory compliance (SEBI AIF / RBI NBFC / FEMA) will be an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
