Job Summary

Own the end-to-end product roadmap for digital lending and loan origination journeys across web and mobile platforms. Drive product strategy, conversion optimization, compliance alignment, and stakeholder management while delivering customer-centric lending experiences.

Key Responsibilities

1. Own and manage the D2C loan application lifecycle from lead generation through disbursement.
2. Act as product owner for Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and prioritize product backlogs.
3. Improve conversion rates, First-Time-Right (FTR), and Turn-Around-Time (TAT) across lending journeys.
4. Define PRDs, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
5. Partner with Risk, Credit, Compliance, Legal, Operations, Design, and Engineering teams.
6. Ensure compliance with digital lending regulations, KYC requirements, and data privacy standards.
7. Drive product releases, stakeholder alignment,



and continuous optimization through data analysis and experimentation.

Mandatory Skills

1. 7-10 years of product management experience with 3-4 years in digital lending or Loan Origination Systems.
2. Strong understanding of D2C lending journeys, LOS workflows, and underwriting processes.
3. Experience with e-KYC, CKYC, credit bureau integrations, video-KYC, payment systems, and lending platforms.
4. Expertise in product documentation, backlog management, Agile/Scrum delivery, and stakeholder management.
5. Solid analytical skills with SQL and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
6. Understanding of lending regulations, KYC/AML requirements, and compliance frameworks.
7. Experience with product tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, and analytics platforms.
