To train learners in cleanroom operations, contamination control, ESD, gowning, HVAC, HEPA filtration, facility utilities and controlled manufacturing practices .
Key Responsibilities
- Train learners on cleanroom classifications and contamination mechanisms.
- Conduct practical training on gowning and controlled-area behaviour.
- Explain HVAC, HEPA filtration, pressure cascades and environmental monitoring.
- Conduct ESD awareness training and practical tests.
- Demonstrate particle monitoring and environmental logging.
- Develop cleanroom SOPs, checklists and audit exercises.
- Train learners on facility safety and utility awareness.
Required Skills Experience
- 7 15 years of experience in semiconductor, pharmaceutical,
aerospace or other controlled-setting facilities .
- Strong knowledge of cleanroom operations, HVAC, HEPA, ESD and contamination control.
- Understanding of particle monitoring and facility utilities.
- Strong SOP, safety and audit discipline.
