- Analyze costing structures and profitability (Overall basis) in order to improve financial performance and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Sales, Purchase, Stores and Quality Assurance for data-sharing purposes.
- Identify and establish cost-controlling Key Result Areas (KRAs) across all departments to optimize financial performance.
- Develop and implement standardized comparative data analysis frameworks to enhance interdepartmental awareness and decision-making.
- Support decision-making through analytical inputs and insights. Identify gaps in performance and recommend actionable solutions.
