Job Summary:

We are looking for a Sales Representative General Trade to handle sales and market development for our FMCG Food / Ready-to-Cook (RTC) and Instant Food Products. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding retail coverage, managing distributor relationships, increasing product availability, and developing the market in the assigned territory.

Requirements:

- 2-5 years of experience in FMCG / Food / General Trade Sales.
- Experience with Ready-to-Cook, Instant Food, Packaged Food, or similar FMCG products will be preferred.
- Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation, and selling skills.
- Strong knowledge of the local retail market.
- Experience handling General Trade / Retail Outlets and Distributors.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.




- Willingness to travel within Mumbai and nearby markets/towns.
- Target-oriented, disciplined, self-motivated, and result-driven.

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve monthly sales and distribution targets.
- Visit 20-25 A+ retail outlets daily as per the assigned beat plan.
- Generate retailer orders and increase productive calls.
- Develop current retailers and expand market coverage.
- Manage distributor stock and support secondary sales.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising at retail outlets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and market schemes.
- Collect payments from retailers/distributors as per company policy.
- Conduct product promotions, sampling, and other market activation activities.
- Ensure proper execution of company schemes and promotions.
- Submit daily sales, market visit, and order reports through the company app/WhatsApp.
