- Develop and manage a productive team of insurance advisors.
- Generate business through Motor Insurance and General Insurance products.
- Train and motivate advisors on products, sales processes, and company policies.
- Drive advisor productivity and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with agents, customers, and channel partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the agency network.
