Building Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. (BSIPL) is hiring an HR Manager in Agra to lead recruitment, workforce management, and admin support for our growing manufacturing team.

Role Overview

We re looking for an HR Manager in Agra whose core focus is building and maintaining our shop-floor and admin workforce.

This includes recruiting new team members, keeping the team stable, and supporting admin-side operations. This is a hands-on, floor-facing HR role with real ownership and a warm, people-first culture to work in.

Responsibilities

Recruitment Workforce Building

- Recruit and scale team capacity to support our growth plans
- Own manpower planning for production needs
- Manage onboarding so recent hires are productive fast

Workforce Retention Management

- Keep staff engaged and reduce turnover
- Handle day-to-day employee relations and issue resolution




- Run performance reviews and appraisals for floor and admin staff

Admin Costing Support

- Support administrative functions including costing coordination
- Manage attendance, HRIS data, and monthly workforce reports
- Handle compliance (PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements for UP manufacturing units) see the Ministry of Labour Employment for current regulations
- Manage exit formalities and full final settlements

Requirements

- 3+ years of HR experience, ideally in a manufacturing/factory-floor setup
- Comfortable working directly with supervisors and floor staff
- Working knowledge of labour compliance and basic HRIS tools
- Strong people skills someone who can build trust across the team
