- Design and develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts for VLSI and semiconductor designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve design issues using scan, ATPG, MBIST, and DFT fundamentals.
- Develop and implement verification environments for complex digital circuits.
- Analyze and debug test results to ensure high-quality products.
- Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on testability and coverage.
- Work closely with the design team to integrate DFT techniques into the design process.
