Job Description CAM Programmer (3 Axis / 5 Axis Milling)
Location: Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar
Experience: 4+ years

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and optimize 3-axis and 5-axis milling CAM programs.
- Create machining strategies to improve productivity and reduce cycle time.
- Manage and maintain tool libraries.
- Configure and troubleshoot post processors.
- Select suitable cutting tools and machining parameters.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and 3D CAD models.
- Coordinate with design, production, and quality teams to ensure smooth manufacturing.
- Support machining trials, process improvements, and production activities.

Required Skills

- Solid experience in 3-axis and 5-axis Milling CAM Programming.
- Knowledge of Tool Library Management.
- Experience with Post Processors.
- Good understanding of Cutting Tools and machining processes.
- Hands-on experience with one or more of the following CAM software:
- SolidCAM (Preferred)
- MasterCAM
- DelCAM
- NX CAM (or equivalent)

- Working knowledge of SolidWorks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams.
