Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer to build production-grade web applications and APIs. The ideal candidate will own features end-to-end, from database design and backend services to frontend development. This role requires a hands-on engineer who can work independently, handle ambiguity, contribute to design decisions, and take complete ownership of deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and REST APIs.
- Build end-to-end features covering database, backend, and UI layers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and drive implementation.
- Develop maintainable, testable, and high-quality code.
- Identify and communicate project risks and blockers proactively.
- Participate in architecture discussions and system design decisions.
- Ensure application performance, reliability, and scalability.

Must-Have Skills

Frontend

- Strong JavaScript fundamentals (ES6+, Async/Await, Closures)
- Hands-on experience with React.js
- Good understanding of Hooks, Component Architecture, and State Management

Backend

- Strong Python programming skills with production-level experience
- Experience building REST APIs using FastAPI or Flask

Database

- Experience working with relational databases such as:
- PostgreSQL
- MySQL
- SQL Server
- Equivalent RDBMS

- Robust understanding of:

- Schema Design
- SQL Joins
- Indexing
- Query Optimization

Architecture & Problem Solving





- Ability to design scalable systems and solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with ambiguous requirements

Good-to-Have Skills

- Experience with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, etc.)
- Electron framework experience for desktop application development

- Agentic Frameworks such as:
- LangGraph
- ADK (Agent Development Kit)
- Swagger / OpenAPI documentation experience
- Git and version control best practices

- Basic DevOps exposure:
- Docker
- CI/CD
- Unit Testing and Integration Testing experience
