Role Overview

- Company: Solace Enterprise Pvt. Ltd.
- Position: Project Field Engineer (Full time, 9:30 AM 6:00 PM)
- Location: Pune (Includes project travel across Maharashtra & India)
- Experience Required: 24 years hands-on experience
- Education: ITI, Diploma, or BE in Electronics, Electrical, Hardware, or Networking

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot IP CCTV systems, Access Control, Biometrics, and Fire Alarms.
- Set up IT networking infrastructure, including routers, switches, LAN cabling, VLANs, and IP addressing.
- Configure and maintain IPBX/EPABX telecom systems, IP phones.
- Work with technical drawings, layouts, and BOQs to handle site testing, commissioning, and client handovers.

Required skills:





- Solid knowledge of IP cameras, NVRs, PoE switches, and TCP/IP networking.
- Hands-on experience with brands like Hikvision, CP Plus, Matrix, Honeywell.
- Ability to work independently at site locations and travel as per project requirements.
- Functional communication in Marathi, Hindi, and English (valid driving license is a plus).
