Key Responsibilities

• Review translated content for linguistic accuracy, fluency, grammar, tone, terminology consistency and

contextual relevance.

• Perform Localization Quality Assurance across UI strings, device content, prompts, notifications, help content

and user-facing localized assets.

• Validate cultural relevance, regional appropriateness and sensitivity of localized content, imagery, icons,

symbols and phrasing.

• Review health, wellness and medical terminology to ensure content is clear, accurate and aligned with local

usage expectations.

• Verify health-related recommendations, disclaimers, warnings and localized health messaging for accuracy

and user safety.

• Assess AI-generated outputs for factual correctness, relevance, hallucinations, unsafe guidance, misleading

information and tone consistency.

• Identify translation defects, terminology issues, cultural risks, offensive content, unsafe interpretations and

user experience gaps.

• Log defects with explicit evidence, severity, expected outcome and actionable recommendations using agreed

QA or defect-tracking tools.

• Participate in calibration sessions, guideline alignment, glossary updates, style guide feedback and quality





improvement discussions.

• Work with QA leads, operations teams and vendor coordinators to ensure timely delivery, consistent quality

and adherence to review standards.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Linguistics, Translation, Localization, Communications, Journalism, Healthcare, Life

Sciences or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.

• Native or near-native fluency in the assigned target language.

• Professional working proficiency in English.

• 2+ years of experience in Localization QA, Linguistic Validation, Translation Review, Content Quality

Assurance or related roles.

• Strong ability to identify mistranslations, terminology inconsistencies, contextual errors, tone issues and

cultural appropriateness gaps.

• Valuable understanding of linguistic quality standards, localized user experiences and content review workflows.

• Strong written communication skills with the ability to document review findings clearly and objectively.

• High attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, project-based delivery model.
