About the Role

Onli Private Limited runs live, cohort-based AI education programs group workshops where one trainer teaches up to ~150 students on a call, and a premium 1:1, 12-week AI coaching track pairing one trainer with one student. Programs are already sold and enrolled; the company now needs trainers to deliver them well, every week, across multiple languages.

This is a newly defined role there's no standard "AI Coach" job description in the market to copy from. The trainer is the face of the learning experience for students: they follow a curriculum the company provides, but bring it to life with clarity, energy, and genuine teaching skill.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver a weekly live session to your assigned batch (group format, up to ~150 students) or to your assigned 1:1 student, following the curriculum and teaching notes provided by the company.
- Explain AI concepts and tools (e.g. how image/video generation works, prompting, common AI tools) in a way that a non-technical beginner can follow and apply.
- Track each student's or batch's progress and flag where students are falling behind or struggling.




- Coordinate with the Customer Success and delivery team so promised tools, resources, and bonuses reach students on schedule.
- Take ownership beyond "task completion" — proactively flag problems and propose fixes rather than waiting to be asked.
- Participate in the company's train-the-trainer onboarding to get up to speed on delivery style and platform tools before taking a live batch.

What We're Looking For

- Comfortable and engaging on camera / on a live call in front of a large group.
- A genuine, working understanding of how AI tools function under the hood (not just how to use them as an end user) — enough to answer student questions credibly.
- Strong communication skills in the language you're applying for (Gujarati, Marathi, or English for priority hiring right now), with the ability to simplify technical ideas for beginners.
- Comfortable with a start-up setting: pace, some ambiguity, and direct feedback.
- Prior teaching, training, or public-speaking experience is a strong plus but not mandatory if the assignment below demonstrates the skill.
