- Prepare and maintain daily / weekly / monthly Supply Chain MIS
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for real-time / periodic monitoring of Supply Chain KPIs.
- Prepare Advanced Excel-based MIS, analytical reports and management dashboards using Pivot Tables, Power Query, formulas, lookups, data validation and other advanced functionalities.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations for Supply Chain, S&OP;, Operations and Management Review meetings.
- Develop automated MIS and reporting tools to reduce manual data compilation and improve reporting accuracy.
- Coordinate with Planning, Purchase, Production, Warehouse, Sales, Commercial and Finance teams for timely collection and validation of data.
- Establish standard formats, data structures and reporting mechanisms across plants / locations.
- Develop analytical models for forecasting, inventory optimisation, lead-time analysis, service levels and supply performance.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and digitalisation in Supply Chain MIS.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency and timely circulation of all MIS reports.
Preferred candidate profile
- Strong hands-on experience in Power BI
- Advanced MS Excel
- Robust PowerPoint presentation skills
- Supply Chain MIS and analytics experience
- Data analysis and dashboard development
- Good understanding of Supply Chain Planning / Procurement / Inventory / Production
- SAP / ERP experience, preferably SAP MM / PP
