Key Responsibilities

- Software Development: Design and develop embedded software for EV truck ECUs (VCU, BCM, Gateway) using C, C++, Codesys, and Python following automotive standards.
- Control & Diagnostics: Implement control logic, calibrations, and diagnostics for critical vehicle functions (motor control, thermal management, BMS).
- Testing & Validation: Perform unit/integration testing, bench-level testing, SIL/HIL, and vehicle-level validation using Vector tools (CANalyzer, CANoe).
- Architecture & Documentation: Create technical specifications, manage software version control, and ensure robust release management for production.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have (Essential):

- 15+ years of automotive embedded software development experience.
- Strong programming skills in Embedded C, C++,



Python, and Codesys.
- Deep expertise in vehicle communication networks (CAN, LIN, UDS diagnostics, CAN stack).
- Hands-on experience in EV calibration (motor control, thermal management, BMS) and model-based development (MATLAB/Simulink).
- Proven background in debugging complex system-level hardware/software/network issues.

Positive-to-Have (Desirable):

- Knowledge of FMEA, fault-tree analysis, and functional safety flows.
- Exposure to cloud/edge analytics, telematics dashboards, and fleet diagnostics.
- Familiarity with HMI functionalities.
