Job Responsibilities

- Promote and handle banking and financial products and services.
- Generate current leads and follow up with existing/assigned leads.
- Acquire new customers and merchants.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Conduct customer visits and support field activities wherever required.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
- Achieve assigned business, sales and productivity targets.
- Collect and verify customer KYC and required documents.
- Process customer applications and loan files.
- Coordinate with Bank, Credit and Operations teams for application processing.
- Follow up on pending documents and application status.
- Support customer onboarding, account activation and file processing.
- Maintain accurate customer records, reports and MIS.
- Handle pre-sales, post-sales and operational support activities.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company processes.

Candidate Profile

- Qualification: Any Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- BFSI / Banking / NBFC experience will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good customer handling and coordination skills.
- Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge preferred.
- Strong follow-up and documentation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel for field-related activities.
- Two-wheeler preferred for field roles.
- Male candidates preferred/required for field-intensive roles.
