JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an enthusiastic Management Trainee Salon Operations to support the day-to-day operations of Green Trends Salon branches, with direct exposure to the Director and senior management.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and monitor day-to-day salon operations and branch coordination.
- Monitor sales, team performance, customer experience and operational standards.
- Visit and support multiple Green Trends branches as regularly
- Coordinate with Branch Managers and salon teams to resolve operational issues.
- Prepare regular MIS and operational reports and share updates with the Director.
- Work from the Corporate Office one day a week for reporting, business reviews and management discussions.
- Spend the remaining working days at Green Trends Salon branches supporting operations and monitoring performance.
- Support management in implementing operational improvements and business initiatives.

- MBA fresher or candidate with up to 1 year of experience in any field.
- Good communication,



coordination and reporting skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel across salon branches.
- Proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
