Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior MEP Engineer with extensive experience in Commercial Buildings and Office Fit-Out projects, specializing in HVAC, Plumbing Health Engineering (PHE), Fire Protection Systems (FPS), and overall MEP coordination. The role involves leading the design, coordination, execution, and commissioning and Estimation of MEP services while ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and client requirements. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate HVAC, PHE, and Fire Protection system design, execution, Estimation and commissioning activities.
- Manage MEP coordination with architectural, Commercial and interior fit-out teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Review shop drawings, technical submittals, BOQs, and material specifications.
- Coordinate site installation works, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with local and international codes and standards.
- Conduct coordination meetings with clients, consultants, contractors,



and vendors to address engineering and site-related challenges.
- Ensure projects are delivered within approved timelines, budgets, and quality requirements.
- Develop HVAC Layouts, Schematics and detailed design drawings.
- Support value engineering initiatives and provide optimized technical solutions for office fit-out and commercial projects.
- Oversee testing, balancing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.

Qualifications

- Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Proven years of relevant experience in Commercial Buildings and Office Fit-Out projects.
- Robust expertise in HVAC, PHE, Fire Protection Systems, and MEP coordination.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, and MEP design coordination tools.
- Sound knowledge of ASHRAE, NFPA, IPC, NBC, and other applicable industry standards.
