- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Domestic IT positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills and job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth recruitment process. Negotiate salary, follow up with candidates, and manage offer rollouts.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned positions while maintaining quality standards.
Preferred candidate profile
- Location: Hyderabad - Work from Office (5 Days a Week)
- Experience:-4-6 Years
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
