Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of multiple footwear retail stores.

Drive sales, revenue, and profitability as per business targets.

Monitor store-wise KPIs, conversion rate, average bill value, and customer footfall.

Ensure proper visual merchandising and product presentation.

Manage inventory, stock transfers, replenishment, and stock accuracy.

Train, motivate, and manage store teams to achieve targets.

Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer escalations.

Analyse sales reports and identify opportunities for improvement.

Coordinate with merchandising, warehouse, marketing, and finance teams.

Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and retail standards.

Control store expenses and improve operational efficiency.

Prepare regular MIS and performance reports for management.
