- 8+ years of experience in Production Planning & Control (PPC).
- Mandatory experience in PPC within the jewellery manufacturing industry.
- Experience in gemstone planning, gemstone inventory, and stone requirement planning will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, production planning, capacity planning, inventory management, and MIS.
- Valuable coordination and analytical skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and control gemstone requirements as per production schedules and customer delivery timelines.
- Ensure timely availability of gemstones to avoid production delays.
- Coordinate with Merchandising, Stone Procurement, Stores, Production, and Quality teams for smooth execution and timely order fulfilment.
- Monitor gemstone inventory, issue/return transactions, WIP, and consumption.
- Prepare and manage production plans, capacity planning, and MIS reports.
- Work on ERP-based planning and ensure accurate tracking of gemstone requirements and availability.
- Identify potential shortages or planning gaps and take proactive action to ensure smooth production flow.
