Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and requests through calls, emails, walk-ins, and other communication channels.

- Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, loan accounts, payments, and other customer-related requests.

- Register, track, and resolve customer complaints and service requests within the defined TAT.

- Coordinate with internal departments and branch teams for timely resolution of customer issues.

- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and update the CRM/system accurately.

- Follow up with customers and internal stakeholders until closure of the request.

- Escalate unresolved or critical customer issues to the concerned senior/team as per the escalation matrix.

- Adhere to company policies, processes, compliance requirements, and quality standards.

- Support various customer service activities and MIS/reporting as assigned.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline; freshers are welcome.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.

- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.

- Ability to listen, understand customer concerns, and provide appropriate solutions.

- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced setting.
