Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive with a strong focus on Recruitment and Talent Acquisition, preferably from the Beauty, Aesthetic, Dermatology, Clinic, or Wellness industry.

The role will primarily involve 80% Recruitment responsibilities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating, and closing positions across our clinics and corporate teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinic and corporate positions.
- Source quality candidates from the Beauty, Aesthetic, Dermatology, Wellness, and Healthcare industries.
- Handle recruitment for positions such as Front Office, Sales Professionals, Nurses, Aesthetic Physicians, Dermatologists, Clinic Operations, and other support roles.




- Screen candidates and ensure the right candidate fitment for the role and clinic.
- Coordinate interviews with Hiring Managers and ensure timely closures.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Conduct follow-ups with selected candidates until joining.
- Support basic HR operations, employee documentation, attendance, and onboarding activities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 2-5 years of HR experience, with solid exposure to Recruitment.
- Experience in the Beauty/Aesthetic/Clinic/Wellness industry will be preferred.
- Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work on multiple positions and ensure timely closures.
