Position: Logistics Specialist / Coordinator
Experience: 24 years, preferably in FMCG / Food & Beverage / Hospitality logistics
Qualification: Post-Graduate preferred
Budget: 25,000–30,000 gross per month, depending on experience and suitability

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily Sales dispatch schedules, routing, delivery planning, and manifests.
- Coordinate movement of ambient and frozen products from TBEL warehouses to 3P warehouses/distributors while ensuring temperature compliance.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for accurate and timely order preparation and dispatch.
- Monitor inventory at TBEL and 3P warehouses and ensure appropriate stock levels.
- Conduct inventory/service-level audits and monitor GMP/GSP and FEFO practices at 3P warehouses.
- Coordinate with third-party transporters and drivers for vehicle planning, shipment tracking, and timely delivery.
- Act as the key coordination point with the Sales team for delivery status, short shipments,



urgent requirements, and replacements.
- Coordinate product returns, credit notes, claims, and delivery exceptions.
- Ensure timely bill booking and payment coordination for 3P warehouse and transport service providers.
- Manage international courier alignment and shipment tracking.
- Handle related logistics documentation and other assigned activities.
- Ensure adherence to applicable food safety, hygiene, HACCP and FSSAI requirements.

Key Skills

- Strong MS Excel and MIS skills.
- Working knowledge of ERP/WMS and logistics processes.
- Good understanding of warehouse, transport, inventory and cold-chain operations.
- Robust coordination, follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage time-sensitive requirements and multiple stakeholders.
