We are hiring an MIS Executive with experience in Inbound Operations/Contact Center Reporting. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and publishing operational MIS reports, tracking key inbound metrics, creating dashboards, and providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
Experience in Inbound Process/Customer Service Reporting preferred
Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, INDEX-MATCH, Dashboards)
Exposure to SLA, AHT, Productivity, Shrinkage, Attendance & Service Level Reporting
Power BI knowledge will be an added advantage
Solid analytical and communication skills
