- Develop, program, and troubleshoot Delta PLC systems for industrial automation applications.
- Create and modify PLC programs using Delta WPLSoft / ISPSoft.
- Develop and troubleshoot HMI applications and communication interfaces.
- Configure and integrate Delta PLCs with VFDs, servo drives, sensors, motors, and other automation equipment.
- Perform PLC commissioning, machine testing, debugging, and fault diagnosis at customer/manufacturing sites.
- Read and understand electrical drawings, control panel wiring, I/O diagrams, and automation schematics.
- Troubleshoot PLC hardware, I/O modules, communication issues, sensors, and field devices.
- Support machine installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and production-related automation issues
