- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Odoo-based solutions
- Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules to meet specific business needs
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the Odoo stack
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and clients to recommend optimal approaches
- Manage code versioning and maintain development best practices
- Support database administration tasks related to Odoo deployments
- Ensure timely, high-quality delivery across multiple concurrent projects
Preferred candidate profile
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Odoo ERP development and implementation
- Odoo Certification Mandatory
- Solid working knowledge of Odoo versions 15 through 19
- Proficiency in the Odoo technology stack:
Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, and PostgreSQL
- Experience building and troubleshooting custom Odoo modules
- Solid understanding of database administration principles
- Practical experience with Git or similar version control tools
- Familiarity with core Odoo modules: Sales, Website, Purchase, Accounting
- Comfort working in Linux-based environments
- Experience across Odoo.sh, Odoo Online, and Odoo On-Premises deployments
- Strong debugging instincts and a methodical approach to problem-solving
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
