Key Responsibilities
Visual Merchandising & Store Presentation
• Develop and implement visual merchandising standards for gaming machines, redemption counters, merchandise displays, promotional zones, store front, and customer engagement areas.
• Design attractive layouts and display concepts to maximize visibility and customer interaction.
• Ensure all gaming and retail areas are visually appealing, organized, and aligned with brand guidelines.
Planning & Execution
• Coordinate the execution of seasonal campaigns, festive dcor, recent game launches, promotional events, and in-store activations.
• Work closely with Operations, Marketing,SCM, and Store Teams to ensure timely implementation of visual merchandising initiatives.
• Conduct periodic audits to ensure VM standards are maintained across locations.
Customer Experience Enhancement:
• Analyze customer movement patterns and engagement trends to optimize product and machine placement.
• Create visually compelling environments that encourage gameplay, merchandise purchases, and repeat visits.
• Recommend improvements in layouts, signage, and wayfinding to enhance the overall guest experience.
Performance Monitoring
• Evaluate the effectiveness of visual merchandising initiatives through customer engagement, sales performance, and operational feedback.





Preferred candidate profile
Graduate & MBA
3 - 5 years of experience, with significant exposure in Visual Merchandiser in industry like Toy Industry, Apparel Industry, Family Entertainment Centers (FEC), Gaming Zones, Amusement Parks, Arcade Gaming, or Similar
•Skills & Competency :
• Visual Creativity & Aesthetic Sense: Ability to create engaging, innovative, and brand-aligned visual displays that enhance the overall store environment and customer appeal.
• Customer Experience Focus: Strong understanding of customer behavior and the ability to design store layouts and merchandising solutions that improve engagement, encourage gameplay, and drive merchandise sales.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in executing visual merchandising standards, ensuring consistency in displays, signage, store presentation, and brand compliance.
• Communication & Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain (SCM), vendors, and store teams to successfully plan and execute visual merchandising initiatives.
