Job Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Team Lead for NON IT Recruitment to lead recruitment delivery for PAN India clients. The ideal candidate will inspire and manage a team of recruiters, optimize hiring strategies, foster long-term client relationships, and consistently achieve recruitment goals in a high-growth environment.

Role & responsibilities

- Minimum 6 - 10 years of experience in Non IT ( BFSI) Recruitment .
- Work on requirements related Non IT Skills such as FNA, FPNA , Taxation , Audit , Customer services and other emerging verticals.
- Minimum 3+ year experience in Team Handling & Client Management (PAN India).
- Big4 Hiring Experience will be an added advantage.
- Proven experience in achieving hiring targets within deadlines.
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and monitor recruiter performance
- Lead and manage a team of recruiters to achieve monthly/quarterly hiring targets.
- Handle end-to-end NON IT recruitment across multiple locations in India.
- Manage client communication, expectation setting & delivery timelines.
- Ensure SLA adherence and quality hiring.
- Track team performance, generate reports & maintain dashboards.




- Drive recruiter productivity, engagement & performance improvement.
- Resolve escalations and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
