What would you do?
You will be taking transition from Onshore Team for, Authorize and manage credit, Maintain customer master data, Manage customer billing, Manage and process collections and deductions, Maintain A/R Ledger and apply cash.
Order to Cash is the complete process from receiving a customer order to collecting payment. It includes order management, credit management, invoicing, and payment processing. The goal is to ensure productive and accurate handling of orders and timely collection of revenue. This process helps improve cash flow and customer satisfaction. Receive and deposit customer payments, apply cash remittances and credits/ adjustments, maintain bad debt reserves and allowances,



prepare Accounts Receivable reporting, and post and reconcile Accounts Receivable activity to the general ledger.
