Roles and Responsibilities :

AutoCAD, Solid Works, MS office, Designing of Reactors, Choke, Inductor, Line Choke, AC or DC choke and control Transformers.
2D Drawing work modelling, Generating BOM & cost estimation according to BOM for tender

Knowledge of Electrical Panel Wiring drawing reading/ Electrical drawing drafting etc.
Knowledge of 2D Mechanical drawing reading.
Knowledge of the Winding material.
Type of conductors their properties.

Type of Insulating materials their application.
1. Experience of 2D designing Electrical & mechincal for Electrical products like coils, Choke, Inductor, Reactor, Transformer coils and assembly.
2. Experience of improving the products.
3. Experienec of creating BOM in MS excels and calculating cost on basis of given prices.
4. Experience of electrical panel drawings (control & power wiring)

1. Pre Teder Design>Designing of reactor, Air core and core based

a. Designing on the basis of given specifications
b. Designing on the basis of applicale standard protocol or general guidelines
c. Designing for the loweest possible cost.

2.Design Improvement
a. Managing proper design records
b.



Maintaning the continuous improvement process and taking the latest design further.
c. Coordination with other department to further improve the design.

3.Preparation of soft drawings for print, Record and other purpose
a. Preparing the soft drawing for the customer, internal department and for the Vendors
b. Preparing the printout and making design file for the production release.
c. Writing the manufacturing process as per instructions in the design sheet.

1. Production Process and preparing technical papers for the process and technology.
2. Defining the manufacturing process.
3. Product process flow monitoring.
4. Product process Evaluation
5. Maintaining the time lines.
6. Working as per instruction of management.

1. Knowledge and hands on experience in winding of air core reactor. Reactors, choke, line choke.
2. Exposure to electrical winding production
3. Knowledge of electrical machine windings.
4. Manufacturing/ validation of the Manufacturing process.
