About the Role
We are seeking a energetic Tendering & Estimation Engineer responsible for preparing competitive bids and accurate cost estimates for electrical projects across Government, Public, and Private sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate tender opportunities (Govt. & Private portals).
- Analyse tender documents, drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
- Prepare and submit tender documents within deadlines.
- Develop detailed cost estimates (materials, labour, equipment, overheads).
- Obtain vendor quotations and conduct rate analysis.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and finance teams.
- Maintain tender database and track submission status.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Requirements
- 8–10 years’ experience in electrical tendering & estimation.
- Strong knowledge of BOQs, rate analysis, and costing.
- Familiarity with Govt. & Private tender processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and tender portals.
- Strong analytical and coordination skills.
