Role & responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end execution of commercial interior projects, from planning to handover.
- Manage and coordinate multiple departments design, procurement, commercial, and site execution.
- Work with production managers (carpentry, paint, finishing) to resolve challenges with tact and authority.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Establish communication channels between departments for seamless project execution.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure adherence to design, quality, and timelines.
- Drive improvements in logistics, manpower deployment, and manufacturing-to-site coordination.
- Engage with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to align expectations and enforce project goals.




- Build and strengthen site teams by monitoring availability and flow of personnel, assigning teams to projects.
- Track project metrics, prepare reports, and escalate risks proactively.

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing commercial interior fit-out projects.
- Robust understanding of interior execution processes, materials, carpentry, and finishes.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
