Global Vista Media, an IT Services and Staffing company, is looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and screening to interview coordination and onboarding. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, has solid communication skills, and is passionate about building talent.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening/interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and regularly update the candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.




- Manage recruitment-related documentation and maintain accurate candidate records.
- Negotiate offers and coordinate with selected candidates until joining.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate database for current and future requirements.
- Meet recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of open positions.

Required Skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
- Knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Ability to understand job descriptions and identify relevant candidates.
- Good interpersonal and follow-up skills.
- Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Experience

1-2 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition is preferred.
