Job Location dwaraka (Gujarat)

Compensation & Advantages

- During Training: 16,000/- per month + Free Guest House & Free Transportation
- After Successful Training: 20,000/- to 25,000/- per month, based on performance and evaluation.

Educational Qualification

- 10th Pass
- 12th Pass
- ITI (Any Trade)

Experience

- Freshers are welcome.

Job Purpose

To assist the project execution team in carrying out solar power plant installation, material handling, structure erection support, module installation support, bolt tightening, and other site activities safely and efficiently under the guidance of Site Engineers and Senior Technicians.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate shall perform work including, but not limited to:

Solar Structure Works

- Assist in unloading, shifting and stacking solar structure materials.
- Support erection of Module Mounting Structure (MMS).
- Assist in alignment and positioning of solar structures.
- Carry out structure nut and bolt tightening as instructed.
- Support structure rectification and adjustment work.

Solar Module Works





- Assist in lifting and shifting solar modules safely.
- Support solar module installation.
- Perform module nut and bolt tightening.
- Assist in module alignment and fixing activities.
- Help maintain cleanliness and protection of installed modules.

General Helper Activities

- Assist Technicians, Supervisors and Engineers in day-to-day project activities.
- Carry construction and installation materials to the work location.
- Arrange tools, fasteners and consumables.
- Load and unload project materials.
- Maintain housekeeping at the work area.
- Follow instructions given by senior team members.

Site Support Activities

- Support project execution as per daily work allocation.
- Assist in installation, tightening, cleaning and finishing activities.
- Help in movement of tools and equipment.
- Support completion of assigned work within scheduled timelines.

- Physically fit for field work.
- Willingness to work at project sites.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Discipline and punctuality.
- Ability to follow instructions carefully.

Working Conditions

- Outdoor site work.
- Standing, walking, lifting and manual work.
- Work at different project locations across India.
- Overtime and shift work may be required depending upon project requirements.
