About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on E-commerce Specialist & Operations Manager who can
take ownership of our day-to-day e-commerce operations and help build the operational
foundation of a growing D2C startup.
This is a key role for someone who is comfortable wearing multiple hats, managing people,
coordinating vendors, solving problems independently, and getting things done in a quick-
moving startup environment.
You will work closely with the founders and coordinate across website, digital marketing,
vendors, apparel, printing/POD, fulfilment, customer support, orders and returns.
What You'll Own
Manage and coordinate the entire e-commerce operations
Manage and supervise the operations team
¢ Coordinate with the website/web development team
¢ Coordinate with digital marketing and performance marketing teams
¢ Manage apparel, printing, POD and other production vendors
¢ Coordinate inventory, product availability and fulfilment
¢ Oversee order processing, dispatch and delivery
¢ Manage returns, exchanges, refunds and related processes
¢ Coordinate with logistics and courier partners
¢ Work with customer support to resolve operational issues
¢ Maintain operational trackers, reports and SOPs
¢ Monitor daily sales, orders, cancellations, returns and fulfilment performance
¢ Coordinate new product launches and website updates
¢ Identify operational gaps and build processes to improve efficiency
¢ Ensure vendors and internal teams deliver within timelines
¢ Help build systems that can scale as the business grows
Who We're Looking For




You should have real hands-on experience in e-commerce/D2C operations and understand
how an online brand actually runs behind the scenes.

We're looking for someone who:
¢ Has 25 years of relevant e-commerce/D2C experience
¢ Has experience managing or coordinating multiple teams/vendors
¢ Understands the complete order-to-delivery cycle
¢ Has worked with apparel, printing, POD, manufacturing or fulfilment vendors
¢ Understands returns, exchanges, refunds and customer operations
¢ Is comfortable working with websites and e-commerce platforms
¢ Can coordinate with digital marketing teams and understand basic performance
metrics
¢ Is highly organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities
¢ Can create and improve processes rather than waiting for instructions
¢ Is confident communicating with vendors and external partners
¢ Is comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets and operational tools
¢ Can manage a small team and hold people accountable
¢ Is a strong problem solver and takes ownership
Startup Mindset Is Important
This is not a 9-to-5 follow instructions role.
We need someone who is willing to build things from scratch, figure things out, take
responsibility and work closely with the founders.
