Roles & Responsibilities:
Inspection of inword material like Raw material (Plates, Pipes,
Tube, Flanges etc.) & Review of test certificates as per standard
& specifications.
Review of project specification & requirements. Review &
preparation of QCP(ITP), Procedures, & relevant QC
documents
Preparation of Weld plan, Fabrication check list .
¢ Preparation of WPS,PQR, for various Grades of materials.
Selection of WPS & Qualified welders as per the requirement
of QCP.
¢ Qualifying the welders as per ASME SEC.IX Preparation of
weld Maps & R.T. Sketch of all jobs. Radiography film
interpretation & Evaluation. Inspection of joints fit up, alignment
and dimensional accuracy as per drawing requirements & code
std.
¢ Witnessing Pneumatic test, Helium leak test, Hydro-static test,
Inspection of surface preparation & coating/painting & Nitrogen
purging.
¢ Review of quality documents of vendor and provide dispatch
clearance.
¢ Coordination with third party inspection (TPI)/PMC, likeBureau
veritas, TUV , LRA, IRCLASS , DNV etc....




¢ DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY OF SAFETY OFFCIER
¢ Make a report and document as per ISO standards.
¢ Prepare the SOP and Work Instruction as per the
requirement of Standards .
¢ Make sure all the procedure and instruction is followed by

the respective department .
¢ Conducting tool box talk before starting activity.
¢ Providing Advice and guidance on Health and Safety
Standards.
¢ Conduct regular, formal site audits and carrying out
inspections as directed in the Safety.
¢ Ensure that the record of the Required inspections are kept
for all activities and plant equipment
¢ Deliver and complete statutory notifications to the Health
and Safety Authority for the project, and all incident.
¢ Deliver Health & Safety induction Training for recent
employees working onsite.
¢ Manage and make recommendations for Personal Protective
Equipment required for employees.
Make sure that the First Aid Boxes is available, adequate
quantities of First Aid Materials are in stock and that all
relevant documents are updated.
