- Manage statutory audits from planning to finalization, ensuring timely completion within budget.
- Lead teams of accountants and article trainees during busy seasons.
- Develop strong relationships with clients through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ensure compliance with professional standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, work performed, and billing.
- Coordinate with auditors, finance teams, and business stakeholders to resolve audit queries efficiently.
- Ensure timely completion of statutory audits, tax audits, and other compliance-related audits.
- Manage accounting and financial reporting for multiple business entities.
- Review monthly and quarterly Profit & Loss Statements and Balance Sheets for accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare Balance Sheet schedules and supporting documentation.
- Prepare timely MIS reports and provide detailed financial variance analysis.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 4-5 years of post-qualification experience in statutory audit or related field (CA/ICWA).
- Solid knowledge of SAP ERP system for financial reporting purposes.
- Excellent advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Proficiency in taxation laws and regulations applicable to India.
