Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain customized solutions across Zoho applications (Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, etc.)
- Write and optimize Deluge scripts for automation, workflows, and custom functions
- Integrate Zoho applications with third-party systems using APIs, webhooks, and middleware tools
- Customize modules, fields, layouts, and reports based on business requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Zoho applications and integrations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions
- Ensure data integrity, security, and performance across Zoho platforms
- Provide technical documentation and user training when required

Requirements

- 3-6 years of experience working with Zoho products and ecosystem
- Solid proficiency in Deluge scripting
- Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM customization and Zoho Creator app development
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and third-party integrations




- Solid understanding of business workflows and automation concepts
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with other Zoho apps (Zoho Analytics, Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Inventory, etc.)
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Knowledge of integration platforms like Zapier or similar tools
- Zoho certification(s) is a plus
