Role & responsibilities
- Manage and configure LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and network systems.
- Troubleshoot laptop/desktop hardware, software, OS, and connectivity issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
- Handle CCTV installation, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Provide IT support to stores, offices, and employees for day-to-day technical issues.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity, internet, email, system, and application-related issues.
- Perform installation and configuration of computers, laptops, operating systems, and required software.
- Coordinate with external vendors/service providers for CCTV, networking, printers, and hardware maintenance.
- Maintain records of IT assets, systems, network equipment, and service requests.
- Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and minimize system downtime.
