About the Role

We are looking for a Manager Commercial E-commerce who will be responsible for managing the financial and commercial aspects of the organisation's e-commerce and B2B business. The role will involve ownership of e-commerce financial transactions, receivables, claims, portal and PPM charges, provisions, audit closure and process improvements.

The role will work closely with Finance, E-commerce, IT, Business, Sales and external B2B partners to ensure financial accuracy, timely closure of commercial claims, robust governance and continuous improvement of processes.

The ideal candidate should have strong commercial finance and e-commerce understanding, be highly analytical, comfortable working with large datasets and systems such as SAP and e-commerce portals, and have the ability to drive cross-functional process digitisation.

Required Skills & Competencies

1. E-commerce Financial Management

Ability to manage and account for e-commerce financial transactions including sales, returns, claims, receivables and monthly expense provisions with accuracy and timeliness.

2. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills

Ability to analyse financial and operational data, identify receivable issues, commercial leakage and process gaps, and implement corrective actions.

3. Process Digitisation & Improvement

Ability to identify maual processes,



prioritise opportunities for automation/digitisation and drive impleentation with cross-functional stakeholders.

4. Compliance & Audit Readiness

Strong understanding of internal controls, audit requirements and documentation standards, with the ability to ensure timely closure of audit observations.

5. Governance & Documentation

Ability to maintain accurate and structured documentation to ensure transparency, compliance and audit readiness.

6. Stakeholder Management

Ability to build relationships with Finance, IT, E-commerce, Sales, Business and external stakeholders, align expectations and drive outcomes.

7. Attention to Detail

Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies, errors, financial leakages and control gaps while maintaining accuracy in high-volume transactions.

Qualifications & Experience

- CA / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.

Experience:

- 4+years of relevant experience in Commercial Finance, E-commerce Finance, Business Finance, Accounts Receivable or a similar role.
- Experience in managing e-commerce/marketplace financial transactions, claims, receivables and commercial settlements.
- Experience working with SAP and e-commerce/ERP platforms.
- Experience in process automation/digitisation and cross-functional projects.
- Experience handling internal/statutory audits and financial controls.
