Job DescriptionAkiko Global Services Ltd. is hiring Telesales Executives for our Finance team. The selected candidates will be responsible for making outbound calls, explaining financial products to potential customers, generating leads, following up with prospects, and converting leads into customers.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers and explain financial products.
- Promote personal loan and overdraft-related financial services.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product information.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Convert qualified leads into successful customers.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Update customer information and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with the relevant internal teams for smooth processing of customer requirements.
- Candidate Requirements1–3 years of experience in telesales,



telecalling, sales, or a similar role is preferred.
- Freshers with basic knowledge of personal loans, overdrafts, or financial products can also apply.
- Good Hindi communication skills are required.
- Basic English communication skills will be an added advantage.
- Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented approach.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
