- Job ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new customers for Diesel Generator (DG) sales, service and AMC.
- Generate new leads through market visits, references, and business networking.
- Explain DG products, services, AMC packages and other company offerings to customers.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the technical/service team for customer requirements.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain daily field visit reports, customer details and sales follow-up records.
- Willingness to travel for field visits.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Salary₹18,000 – ₹50,000 per month, based on experience and skills, plus applicable incentives/allowances.

- Key Performance Indicators (KPI)New customer leads generated.
- Customer visits completed.
- Monthly sales achieved.
- Current AMC/service orders generated.
- Lead-to-order conversion.
